We've identified the root cause as the Failover Cluster health check failing and trying to swap one of our active servers to the passive server, essentially this meant that users were being swapped from one server to another. Our infrastructure service are checking to see why this happened. In the meantime we will continue to monitor the situation.

All services on the People system are active. The server team is investigating the root cause with the issue we experienced this morning.

Restarting some of the services running on our servers seems to have resolved the issue, the engineers are monitoring

We are also getting reports of being logged out of the system, we believe the two issues are linked and are investigating
