The problem has been rectified, one of our database servers had become unresponsive which in turn impacted certain users, we've restarted the services and the system has returned back to full performance.
Apologies, problems still persist, we are continuing with our investigation and will update shortly.
We have now identified the problem and resolved it. We will investigate the root cause.
