Apologies for the login issues this morning.

This impacted all users who were logging in using the user name and password, but did not impact any users using Single Sign On (SSO) to login.

The issue was caused by a new security measure we are introducing to lock out accounts that have an unusually high number of invalid login attempts. Currently these attempts are challenged by a "captcha" in future accounts will be locked out for a number of minutes.

A number of accounts became locked out because of this change it took us time to clear the lockouts which we have done now. If you have any questions about this please do not hesitate to contact me at customerservices@peoplehr.com,
