Thank you for your patience over the last few weeks while we have dealt with a number of system issues. Many of you will have experienced slow performance and issues logging in. These problems have generally occurred at 9am on Monday mornings.

Our engineering teams have been working on identifying the problem since we first became aware of it.

They have identified that the root cause is related to the main administrator dashboard that is shown after you login. The permanent fix to solve the issue will be implemented this week. In the meantime, we have implemented a temporary fix, if you are an administrator you will notice that the main dashboard is no longer shown when you login, you have to press the second icon along the bottom of the screen. Once the permanent fix is implemented, the dashboard will go back to the original state.

Apologies for the issues experienced this morning and over the previous weeks. You are able to login and use the system now. If you are an administrator you will notice that the main dashboard you normally see when you login has been replaced with the timeline. This is a temporary solution and the main dashboard will appear soon. We will post an update here shortly with further information.

We are very sorry for the continuing issues, some people users are experiencing issues with logging into the system we are investigating this on priority and will keep you updated.

You will now be able to login, however the dashboard screen may be slow in loading please do not restart your browser please wait several seconds for it to load. We are investigating this issue and will post an update here within the next hour.
