What's happening: The Planner will be temporarily unavailable on both the Access PeopleHR web platform and mobile app whilst we make important improvements. All other features will remain fully accessible, so you can continue your essential HR tasks without interruption.
When: Start: 13th November at 17:00 GTM Expected completion: 14th November at 10:00 GTM.
Why this matters: We have identified an issue where certain permission settings within the mobile Planner have not been functioning as expected. As a precautionary measure, we are temporarily disabling the Planner whilst we resolve this matter.
What you need to do: Absolutely nothing! This maintenance happens automatically in the background. You and your team can continue using all other PeopleHR features as normal.
