We can confirm the issues surrounding SSO log-in have now been resolved and SSO users will be able to log in successfully.

Again we do apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, our engineering team is now running a full review into the incident.


Some of our users who are integrated with Single Sign-on are facing log-in issues, our engineering team is aware and actively investigating this.
