We have been investigating the recent issues which occurred from around 8.30am to 9.15am on our system which stopped people from being able to log in. We've identified that some of our early morning batch processes created excessive loads on one of our database servers which in turn impacted the login process. Our engineers are taking urgent steps to resolve these issues. We will post further updates here on the progress. In the meantime our engineers are monitoring our systems to minimise disruption.
