We have been investigating the recent issues which occurred this morning on our system which stopped people from being able to log in. We've identified that some of our early morning batch processes created excessive loads on one of our database servers which in turn impacted the login process. Our engineers are taking urgent steps to resolve these issues. We will post further updates here on the progress. In the meantime our engineers are monitoring our systems to minimise disruption.
Some of our users have reported issues logging into People. We have alerted our engineers, who are actively investigating the problem. We will keep you updated here.
